That His Worship the Mayor, and the City Clerk be authorized to execute the attached Utility
Right-of-way Agreement over Lot 18, DL231, Group 1, NWD, Plan 11613 (1560 Broadway
Street}.

The owner of 1560 Broadway Street (A. & A. Foods Ltd.) is subdividing Lot 18, Plan 11613 into
a three lot strata subdivision using two phases (Lot 1 & 2 in phase one, and Lot 3 in phase two)
as shown on Plan 1.

The attached Utility Right-of-way Agreement is a subdivision requirement of phase one, in order
to provide access and services to Lot 3.
