That the Plenning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No.
65/923 and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when
completed subject to:

a. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director o£
Planning, that fully complies with the provisions of the RM-3 zone
and the "Development Management Bylaw" (Parking Bylaw);

Solution of concerns by the Engineering Department;
Solution of concerns by the Building Department;

Solution of the Fire Department concerns; and

Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parke and
Recreation Department.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The applicant is requesting a Development Permit to construct a 2 storey;
five unit townhouse development. The unit A design has 4 bedrooms with a
total of 1,596 square feet, Unit B has 3 bedroome plus a den with a total
aquare footage of 1.528.25 square feet. The site coverage proposed is 39.1%.
