RE? Latecomer Charge Waiver Agreement ~ Lot 4, Plan 18094.

RESOLUTION:

At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Kion Developmenta
Ltd. dated the 7th of November, 1988, BE If RESOLVED that the worke and
services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed
by the said Kion Developments Ltd. in connection with the development of the
lands described as:

Lot 4, District Lot 479, Groupi, «° «
Pian 18094, New Westminster District

are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and
: that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shail
: coustitute “ercess or extended services” as defined by Section 990 of the
Municipal Act.

. | AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same 4a hereby approved
_ and thac the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized te sign the same on behalf of
| the City and te affix the Corporate seal thereto.” | \

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

The Agreement that would be approved by passage of the ahove noted
resolution follows the City's atandard form for such Agreements ani is
available fer perusal in the Clerk's office.
