Agricultural Land Reserve Exclusion

THAT the Municipal Council authorize an application to the Agricultural
Land Commission for exclusion of the properties outlined on the map
attached, subject to receiving 2rior authorization from the property
owners involved.

BACKGROUND AND CO

These properties were omitted from the original Agricultural Land Reserve
Exclusion application for Riverwood. This oversight was brought to the City's
attention by the Agricultural Land Commission.

The Commission staff is supportive of correcting this situation; an
application from the City, on the behalf of the owners will be supported.
Authorization from the owners is a pre-requisite.
