Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated; NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that: 1. Lot 119, District Lot 289, Group One, Plan 59195, New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C., sold by tender if a bid acceptable to Council is received; The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post the "Real Property for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in the Agenda documents of this Council Meeting; The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved; The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein. Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the bids if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection is appropriate. Carried.
