SCHEDULE B - LEGAL DESCRIPTION

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain portion of the bed and foreshore of the Pitt
River fronting the southerly end of Coast Meridian Road in Section 19,
Biock 6, North Range | East, New Westminster District which may be more
particularly described as follows;

Commencing at the most easterly southeast corner of Lot 30, Plan 69963,
being the high water mark of the Pitt River as shown on Plan 2032;

Thence on a bearing of 148=28-55, being the southerly prolongation of the
westerly boundary of Coast Meridian Road, a distance of 32.141 metres;

Thence on a bearing of $3-48-55, a distance of 20.183 metres, more ar
less to a point on che southerly prolongation of the easterly boundary of
Coast Meridian Road;

Thence on a bearing of 328-28-55 following the said southerly
prolongation of Coast Meridian Road, a distance of 35.924 metres, more or
less to the high water mark of the Pitt River as shown on Plan 2032;

Thence in a southwesterly direction following the high water mark of the
Pitt River as shown on Plan 2032, a distance of 20.835 metres more or
less to the paint of commencement}

And containing an area of 684.6 square metres more or less, and shown
within the heavy outline on the plan attached hereto.
