The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam will hold
a Public Hearing -in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitiam City Hal!, 2272 McAllister
Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on July 25th, 1983 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the fol lowing
proposed bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651":

Bylaw No. 1987; to remove the Zone Designation of RS-2 assigned to the area shown on
a plan of proposed subdivision of a portion of Lots 1 and 2, Plan 1163; Lots 3 and 4,
Plan 8034; and a portion of Lot "A", Block 55, Plan 5854; and Lot "G", Plan 7105;
District Lot 232, Group One, New Westminster District prepared by V.C. Goudal &
Associates Ltd. and shown on Drawing No. C-3507-83C dated June 14th, 1983 (revised
July 4th, 1985) and to apply the following Zone Designations:

a) RS-1t to Lots 1-16, inclusive; Lots 18-89, inclusive, and Lot 91, as shown on the
plan of proposed subdivision aforesaid; and, ,

bd) -. RS-1A to Lot 17, Lot 90 and Lots 92-101, inclusive.

This property is located between Pitt River Road and Brown Street and between the
B.C. Hydro Right-of-Way and. Harbour Street and is being rezoned to permit the
subdivision thereof into 101 separate parceis which will be used as sites for singte
family dweliings. ,

A copy of the proposed bylaw and other relevant documents may be inspected in the
Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitiam City Hall, at the address given above,
between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on regular business days, from the date
of this Notice until the. Public. Hearing. ,

All ..ersons who deem their interest in property affected by the proposed bylaw
shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing on matters
contained in the bylaw. ; :
