A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240

The Muoicipal Council of The Corporatien of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

L. That certain parcel of land situated in District Lot 232, Group One,
Wew Westminster District, in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is

more particularly described as:

That part of Lot “A” shown on a Proposed Subdivision Plan dated May
6th, 1988 prepared by V.C. Goudal and Associates under their File
Number C3950-88C now zoned P-2 (Private Institutional).

ig hereby rezoned from P~2 (Private Inatitutional) to RS-2 (Small Lot
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240" is hereby ameuded to reflect this rezoning.

New Westmicster District, in Port Coquivlan, British Columbia which is

more particularly described as:

That part of Lot “B” shown on a Propose . .ibdivision Plan dated May
6th, 1988 prepared by V.C. Goudal and ‘sev.iates under their File
Number C3950-88C now zoned RS-1 (Large Lot residential).

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS<-2 (Small Lot
Residential) aud the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240” is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

3. A copy of the Proposed Subdivisiou Pian dated May 6th, 1988 referred
to in Sections 1 and 2 is attached to this Bylaw and made a part
thereof.

4 This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Port Coquitlam Zoning

Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amevdment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2368".
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 30th day of May, 1988.
Read a second tine by the Municipal Council this 30th day of May, 1988. | . ‘
