Lobb Avenue Estimated mst for construction of storm sewer, road and curbing is $85,500.00. ‘the property owners share of the above work ut $13.75 per front foot comes to about $22,960.00 or 27% of the total cost. fn addition, it is advisable to replace the existing 3~inch watermain at this time with a 6~ inch watermain at an additional cost of $29,000.00 which is not recoverable under local improvement. be taken from the water util is that Langan Avenue Estimated cost for the work on Langan Avenue which includes road widening to 36-feet, storm Scwer, curb and gutter assuming the existing portion of Storm sewer can be used, is $93,915.00. ITEM II Re: Defensive Driving Course Council had requested the Public Works Committee to consider the possibility of providing a Defensive Driving Course for all City employees driving City vehicles. There are basically two approaches which can be taken. Enployees could be encouraged to participate ina regularly scheduled evening L3unens
