L. That this application be approved to proceed for rezoning of the proposed
two northern lots from RS-1 (Large lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot
Residential) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to:

Completion of a subdivision design to the satisfaction of the
Director of Planning;

b) Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirenents;

c) Satisfaction of Building concerns;

¢@) Satisfaction of Parks and Recreation Department concerns;

e) Satisfaction of Fire Department concerns.

. £) - Registration of a restrictive covenant on the properties:to prevent
new buildings from being coaverted to contain secondary suites. *
