L’énergie dynamique de Marie-

térieur de son travail. Elle dessine le
chaos dans la nature. Etudier le
chaos représente le défi continuel
d’imposer un certain ordre. Elle
aime observer la complexité du
chaos dans |’ ordre et de l’ordre dans
le chaos. «J’essaie toujours de trou-
ver la résistance intérieure a |’ceuvre
afin de lui permettre de se dévelop-
per de maniére inattendue. Peindre
est une expérience viscérale remplie
d’informations nuancées.» Depuis
1995, Marie-Pierre a accompli huit
expositions en solo et regu six Prix
d’excellence et Mentions honorables
du jury du Conseil des Arts.

Marie-Pierre’s dynamic energy is
reflected in the light, colour and
movement that dance within her
work. She is drawn towards chaos in
nature. Studying this chaos chal-
lenges her to impose a sense of order
to convey her perception. Marie-
Pierre finds insight by observing the
complexity of chaos in order and
order in chaos: “I always try to find
the internal resistance in the work,
in order to allow it to develop in sur-
prising ways. Painting is a visceral
experience loaded with subtle infor-
mation”. Since 1995, Marie-Pierre
has accomplished eight solo exhibi-
tions and received six Awards of
Excellence and Honourable Mentions
from Art Council juried showings.
