Discussion was held on an attraction to bring people to the Home snd Trade
Fair, various ideas were discussed. One idea discussed was using the Fire
Department's ladder truck and perhaps the Ronald McDonald House could be
set up at the Home and Trade Fair this year.

Commerce for their memebership list as we are in their general trade area

Alderman Thompson discussed the subject of having draws and advised

important for the exhibitors to advise at least a day prior to the opening
of the Hon;e and Trade Fair so that a list can be prepared for people to see
coming into the Trade Fair, what the draws are, who donated the prizes and

Responses to the mail-outs and newspaper advertisements have been
positive, but we can't slack off yet. I have requested another week on
the Rogers Cable 4 reader board and presently we are in the process of
preparing a lett:er from the Mayor to large industrial companies for
participation in the Economic DeveloPII«ent Section of the Home & Trade Fair.

(P.S. We need help from all of the committee to sell the rest of the
booths, through your business, community groups etc
