ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: Zoning Public Hear ing-B/ law His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell advised the meeting the following #1331 proposed Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1969, No. 918" would now be considered: Bylaw No. 1331: to rezone Lot 275 o* a Plan of Subdivision of a Portion of Lot 8 of Lot 4 of block 2, Plan 156-J and Lot 75, Plan 32984, all of the North-east Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster District, prepared by Walter E. Frith, British Columbia Land Surveyor and sworn correct by him on the 26th day of June, 1974, from RS-2 (One- Family Suburban Residential) to RS-1 (One-Family Residential). The property described above is the Westerly 16,160 square feet+ of 3546 Cedar Drive and is being considered for rezoning to facilitate the sale thereof separate from the balance of the property. The City Planner explained that the proposed By-law would allow the rezoning of a small portion of a 2~-acre lot fronting on Cedar Drive from RS-2 to RS-1, which would become the site of an existing house, and that the condition for rezoning in this case is that the balance of this lot would be subsequently consolidated with an adjacent lot. The City Planner further explained that the process will not create an additional building lot. No one was present in opposition to the foregoing proposed Zoning By-law Amendment. The Public Hearing concluded at 7:30 p.m. and the regular Council meeting then commenced. CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES: Moved by Alderman Traboulay: Minutes- Seconded by Alderman Laking: Sept .30/74
