Registration forms. are attached. Please note that these forms, on completion,
must be returned to the Jity of Penticton, NOT to the U.B.C.M. Office, and
should include a cheque for registration fees, made payable to the City of
Penticton.

Forms for Provincial Government Ministries, departments or agencies will be
distributed through the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
