A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more
particuiarly described as:

Lots 1, 2,3, & 4

Block 6

District Lot 174 & 289
Group One

Plan 2080

New Westminster District

are hereby zezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM4 (Apartment) and the Zoning

Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this
rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2777".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 5th day of April, 1993.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 5th day of April, 1993.

Public Hearing held this 26th day of April, 1993.
