Since the last Coquitlam River Water Management Study recommended a general
Clean~-up, we feel that your Vouncil cannot endorse the latest dumping of
waste, any more than it can withdraw from that Study.

The River needs Councils support and all the citizens who have worked
thousands of hours for a healthy River need Councils support as well,
