_ DRAFT RESOLUTION

That the Agreement dated for reference the 17th

day of February, 1975 between The Corporation of the City of

Port Coquitlam, et al, and David E. Dagert, Analyst/Programmer,
wherein the parties thereto agree with respect to the provision
of computer programing services be approved; |

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be
aut"orized to execute the said Agreement on behalf of the City

and affix the Corporate Seal thereto.
