1. That this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS—1 |
(Single Family Residential) to RM~3 (Townhouse — Apartment) under Section
963 of the Municipal Act subject to:

ae Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of
Planning;

Satisfaction of Engineering requirements, including paving of lane up
to Wellington;

Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and
Recreation Department;

Satisfaction of Building Department concerns}
Consolidation of the properties into one lot;
Issuance of a Development Permit; and

Registration of a covenant to facilitate public use of the private
sidewalk running along side the rear service lane.

That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No.
41/92; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to Sign the documents when
completed subject to the conditions noted above.

The subject property is in an area designated for apartment use in the
Official Community Plan, and intended for 3 to 4 storey apartments.
