Res Regional Housing Registry

In regard to the attached letter from The Corporation of the City
of North Vancouver, May 30th, 1973 re the above-noted subject, Council will
recall in my report of the G.V.R.D. April meeting that I reported Mayor Phillips
of Vancouver strongly rejected che idea of spending Federal monies on yet
another Housing Survey and urging instead that the funds be spent on a specific

project, possibly a Senior Citizens’ hone.

I fully support the move made by the Regional District in adopting

this recommendation and would urge Council not support the request as made

by the City of North Vancouver ia their letter above mentioned.
