BYLAW NO. 2615

A Bylaw to Amend the "Board of Variance Bylaw, 1982, No. 1919”

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Schedule “A” of the "Board of Variance Bylaw, 1982, No. 1919" enacted by
Section 2(a)of the Bylaw, is repealed and the Schedule "A" attached to and
made part of this Bylaw is substituted therefor.

2. Section 2(b) of the Bylaw is amended by deleting the words "within seven
days following the day of the decision or order being appealed”. |

3. Section 2(c) of the Bylaw is amended by deleting the words “within seven
days of the receipt of the document”

.

4, Section 5 of the Bylaw is repealed.

5. This Bylaw may be cited’ for all purposes as the "Board of Variance Bylaw,
1982, 1919, Amendment Bylaw, 1991, No. 2615". eS |
