RE: Amateur Athletic Association - Bavarian Cheer Garden

The AAA have asked for an official approval by the Council to hold their
Bavarian Cheer Garden Saturday, August 26th from 2 P.M. to midnight. The
event will be held at the agricultural grounds and they have also asked
for permission to close off Coquitlam Avenue from Chester to Flint Street.

In order for this organization to obtain a liquor permit they must provide
a letter to the R.C.M.P. indicating that Council have approved the event.
