DRAPY RESOLUTION

WHEREAS Vic Davies Architect Ltd. have made a presentation to the City te

provide architectural servicea in connection with the deaign and construction
of the Hyde Creek Centre expanation;

NOW THEREFORE BE LT RESOLVED THAT Council do hereby appoint Vie Davies
Architect Ltd., 1581 Church Avenue, Victoria, Britiah Columbia, as architect
for the propoged expansion of Hyde Creek Centre, subject to the City and. the
Architect entering into an Agreement to the satisfaction of the City.
