That as requested by the Port Coquitlam Midget "B" Rep Hockey team,
November 20th, 1978 permission be granted to hold a lottery and sell
tickets from November 25th, 1978 to December 18th, 1978.

Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Traboulay
asked that Triple A send a report to Council advising of the change in
policy allowing teams to raise money on their own and that a letter
of endorsement from Triple A accompany requests for permission to , cy

hold a lottery.
