RECOMMENDATION :

THAT the Clerk's Office be directed to prepare a bylaw rezoning Lot 12,
Block 3, NWLD, Plan 2153 and Lot A NWLD, Plan 4986 and Lot 180, NWLD,
Plan 53544 and proposed land closure all in DL 380, Grp 1, LD 36 from
RS-~1 to CD.

This project conforms with the Official Community Plan designation for
the property as a multiple family site and to recognize the special concerns
for setbacks from the stream.

The applicant is requesting a Comprehensive Development zoning
designation. This is due to the stream passing through the property. They
are designing the suites around the stream course. :

This project is felt to be of a superior design, approval is

recommended.
