A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,

1969, No. 918".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Subsection (1) of Section 202A of the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" as enacted by the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1970, No. 1012" is amended
by inserting the following therein as Section (s):
"(s) i. Lot 41, District Lot 465, Group One, Plan 25135, New
Westminster District, Except Part Subdivided by
By-law Plan . .
Lots 4-10, inclusive, Block One, District Lot 465,
Group One, Plan 2364, New Westminster District.
All that Portion of Perth Street of District Lot 465,
Group one, New Westminster District as shown dedicated
on Registered Plan 2364 included within the green
outline on a By-law Plan prepared by V.C. Goudal,
B.C.L.S., and dated March 14th, 1975, a copy of which
said Plan was attached to and made part of the "Perth
Street Plan 25135 Highway Exchange By~law, 1975, No. 1368"
of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. -
(Now known as Parcel ; (By-law Plan ), District
Lot 465, Group One, New Westminster District, Plan 2364.)"
2. - This By-law may be. cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
 Coquitlan Zoning By~law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1975, No. 1372".
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-first day of
April, 1975. .
i Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-first day of
April, 1975.
Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-first day of
April, 1975.
Public Hearing not required to be held pursuant to Section 702A(2)

of the Municipal Act.
