BYLAW NO. 2265

A Bylaw to authorize the lease on
a month to month basis of 2390
Mary Hill Road, Port Coquitlam,
B.C.

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam hereby
leases unto Douglas Kenmuir the fands described in the Schedule "A" attached
hereto for the period of time and on the terms and subject to the conditions set
out in the Lease attached hereto and marked schedule "AN,

The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam are
hereby authorized to sign the said Lease on behalf of the City and to affix the
City's Corporate Seal thereto,
