LeBlanc, the owner of 3765 Coast Meridian Road have requested that the City relinquish its right-of-way for sewerage purposes held across these two lots. The Easement now held by the City was registered over the property before it was subdivided into its present confisuration and althoush the area containing the easement is not locatedm the two lots in question, the City still holds “ancillary rights" over the ‘two new lots and the City Engineer has advised that it is in no way necessary for these to be retained. If the Council are in agreement that the right-of-way should be released, might wo susgest that consideration be given to the following draft resolution: "That for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration received from the registered owners of each of the parcels of lands and premises hereinafter described, The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan hereby releases and discharges the herein described lands and premises frem any and all claims, rights and interests granted to the City pursuant to the right-of-way registered in the The lands Citv's favour under Wo.
