Intent of the Bylaw: To further develop the property by the addition of a 100 seat resturant and commerical rental units. The properties shall be restricted to the folowing uses only in the approximate location as illustrated on Schedule "II" of this bylaw: Lot 1: All uses permitted in the "Service Station Zone (CS-2): Lot 23 The following uses permitted under the Neighbourhood Commercial Zone (C=2)3 a a. Retail sale of goods and personal services providing for daily shopping needs of local neighbourhood residents, providing that corner stores, convenience stores, and the retail sale of groceries, meat, fish and bakery goods within one store is specifically prohibited; Business and Professional Offices; Cafes, restaurants and food take out services (excluding drive in restaurants); | Commercial education and instruction services. Inspection of Documents: A copy of the propesed Bylaw may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C., between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and i:00 p.m. to 4:30 pom, except Saturdays, Sundays, and any Statutory Holiday, from May 14th, 1992 until June 3rd, 1991, inclusive. Also available for inspection are copies of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" (which would be amended by the proposed Bylaw) and various reports and plans referring specifically to the purpose'of the amending Bylaw. Public Participation: At the hearing the public shall be allowed to make representations to the Council respecting matters contained in the proposed Bylaw and all persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the proposed Bylaw shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the Bylaw. ....
