The recostsendation to relocate the CAPO Branch 821 to another location is all emcompassing. Specifically, this would include meetings, Christmas Dinner, storage, bulletin board space and newsletter coverage. The recommendations regarding bus tripe and closing for their Christmas Dinner are part of the two year interim solution. There is another item which Alete and I forgot about which should be noted. The CAPO and Wilson Centre Advisory Board made a joint purchase of some of the coffee mugs. We recommend that if the CAPO relocate, we (The City) would reimburse the CAPO for their portion of the cost. If any further information or clarification is needed, please let me know. cc.
