Re: Work of Local Improvement

In connection with the proposed construction of storm
sewers, base reconstruction, concrete curb and gutter, and asphaltic
pavement surface on Wellington Street from Coquitlam Avenue to Lincoln
Avenue as a work of Local Improvement I am pleased to report as follows:

(a) The lifetime of the work wiil be twenty (20)
years:
The estimated cost of the work is $375,000.

The share or proportion of the cost which will

be specially charged against the parcels benefiting
from or abutting on the work is $6.60 per taxable
front-foot in accordance with the provisions of the
"Local Improvement Charge By-law, 1969, No. 912"

as amended.
