THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

Constable Vic Vanderveer Joined the R.C.M.P,
in Calgary Alberta October, 1969, and

WHEREAS his first posting was to Port Coquitlam in
May 1970, then to New Westminster from
February 15, 1971 to August, 1971 then back
to Port Coquitlam where he has remained, and

WHEREAS: - he has served on the Port Coquitiam Traffic
Committee and Municipal General Duty, and

WHEREAS: he has been actively involved with ¢+he senior
Citizens at Hawthorne Lodge in Port
Coquitiam, and

WHEREAS: many citizens have sent letters ‘of
appreciation for his caring attitude,

NOW THEREFORE |, Leonard M, Traboulay, Mayor of the City of
Port Coquitlam do hereby proclaim the day of
June 10, 1985 as

"VIC VANDERVEER DAY"

in the City of Port Coquitiam.
