In due time, Staff will introduce changes to the Official Community Plan
and Zoning Bylaw in order to implement the Area Control Plan. The amendments
will include declaring the Dominion Triangle as a Development Permit Area,
amending the Clean Industrial Zone (M-3) for Industrial Park use and creating
a new zone to accommodate the Business Park Use.

It ig recommended that Council proceed to formally adopt the Dominion
Triangle Area Control Plan as the guideline for development of this area of
the City.
