A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, SEP 2 f{
1979, No. 1651",
The. Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
being Schedule "A" of ‘the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979,:
1651" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of A-1 assigned
Block 15, District Lat 288, Group One, Plan 4667, New
Westminster District;
assigning the Zone Designation of M-1 to the said property.
2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
Coquit Lam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1981, No.
1851".
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-fourth
day of August, 1982. <

approximately 4.5 acres in size and the rezoning contemplated i

would permit the construction development of an industrial
