ARTICLE X - Arbitration

In the case of any dispute arising between the client

and the architect as to their respective rights and obligation; under
this contract, either party hereto, may, at his option, give to the
Other party notice of such dispute and demand arbitration thereof

and the parties may, with respect to the particular matters then in
dispute, agree to submit the same to arbitration in accordance with
the laws of the Province of British Columbia, provided that if
arbitration has not been Gemanded, either Party may proceed to have
such dispute determined before the Courts of the Province of British
Columbia.
