A Bylaw to amend the Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam 2500 Block Ottawa No. 1
Road Exchange Bylaw, 1993, No. 2819.

Whereas the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam has adopted 2500 Block Ottawa No. |
Road Exchange Bylaw No. 2819, 1993 and the Land Title Office has required an amendment to
the legai description of the former road allowance in that Bylaw;

Now Therefore the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "2500 Block Ottawa No. 1 Road Exchange
Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2837".

2. 2500 Block Ottawa No. 1 Road Exchange Bylaw, 1993, No. 2819 is hereby amended by
deleting the reference to Plan 1815 in Section 2 and replacing same with Plan 1850.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 13th day of September, 1995.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 13th day of September, 1993.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 13th day of September, 1993.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam this day of , 1993.
