Brown Director of Community Planning FROM: SUBJECT: Rezoning Application No.15/82 2481-95 Coast Meridian RECOMMENDATION: That City Council direct the Clerk's office to prepare a bylaw to rezone L.105, D.L. 480, Plan 62316, N.W.L.D. From RS-1 to RT-1. 7 COMMENTS: l. This lot was subdivided in 1980 as part of a large subdivision into a number of properties. The lot was sized to serve as a site for a duplex. 2. The request for-rezoning is supported as the site will not impose any traffic on the remainder of the neighbourhood. Likewise, the duplex property will serve as a buffer or transition between Coast Meridian Road and single family dwellings behind. 3. In view of the reasons mentioned above this report is recommending the subject property for rezoening to an RT-1° Two Family Dwelling designation.
