& By-law to amend the “City of Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates By-law,

1964". MAY 15 1972

The Huniecipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open neeting assembled, enacts as follows:
a. Schedule "A" of By-law No. 752 of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitian cited an the "City of Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates By~law, 1964"
as enacted by the "City of Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates By-law, 1964, Amendment
By-law, 1972, No. 1160" ts amended by striking out the monthly user rate of
$80.00 where it appears opposite the classification of "Drycleaner" and sub~
stituting therefor the monthly user rate of "$20.00".
2. The said Schedule "A" is further amended by inserting the words
“at the rate of" between the words “usage” and "less" where those words
appear in the classification of an Industrial Plant using Jess than
1,000,000 gallons of water per year. |
3. _ The seid Schedule "A" is further amended by inserting the words
“at the rate of" between the words and figures "usage" and "1,000,000
gallons” where those words and figures appear in the classification of au
Industrial Plant using more than 1,000,000 gallons of water per year,
4. This By~law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Sewer Rates By-law, 1964, Amendment By-law, 1972, No. 1167".
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-fourth day
of April, 1972.
