On Monday, January 12th, 1976 Mr. G. Battiston, representing
Donaghy Develooment Ltd., 826 West lst Street, North Vancouver, B. C,
(987-1854) was in to see me and advised that he wished to appear before the
Council with respect to a development he is undertaking at Kingsway and Tyner
Street.

We have agreed to place Mr. Battiston on the agenda for Menday,
January 19th, 1976 and it would be very much appreciated if you could let

me have the details of this matter in order that we may include them in the

Council agenda for next Monday.
