That zoning was applied to both permit the business to continue operation and to indicate the City's future plans. Subsequent to that time (1969) the City's plans have changed and the owners were encouraged to consolidate their property with a neighbouring lot and build a large commercial-office development. Due to the falling real estate market, the owners have indicated they wish to place an interim use on this property until demand for space increases. seve e/2e
