. Thank you for your detters dated August 20 and
August 28, 1973 and the documents enclosed therewith.

The documents have been forwarded to the Land
Registry Office for review, and in the meantime we would
be pleased to receive some additional information.

In line with our circular letter dated Pebruary 20,
1973, regarding highway abandonment procedures, we would
be pleased to know Councilts intentions once title has been
vested in the name cf the City. If the closed road is to
be conveyed, what compensation will be received by the City?
When we advance the proposal for the Minister's reconmendation
to the Lieutenant-Governor in Council ‘we require as much
background information as possible.
