The Grantor covenants and agrees to allow the Grantee its agents

for maintaonance, replacement and repaics thereta, and in the
performing af any and ell covenants herein agreed to be parformed
by the Grantee shall be borne and paid for by the Grantees, and the
Grantee covenants and agress to indeanify and save harmless the
Grantor, his successors and assigns, from any and all less,
damegea oc other expenses and in any way arising from or caused. by
anytning done hereunder.
