Intent of the Proposed Bylaw:

le To amend the definition in Section 101 of the Zoning Bylaw of
"dwelling unit" and "Lot".

fo delete "Accessory residential’ as a permitted use in the RS-l,
RS-2, RS-3, and RT~1l zones.

To clarify the applicability of zoning regulations to buildings
subdivided into strata units.

To insert a provision in Section 804 of the Zoning Bylaw reguiring a
two~family residential use to be located in a single building.
