The amazing part of all this is this tirade came as 4 result of Council buwing lo his insistance that a proposal by C. M. Laursen Construction to build condeminium housing on Davis by voting thal approval be granted on the proviso that the -projecl| be subject to the negotiation of a land use con- ctracl, The slory is lenglhy and complex going back to June 19 when the Council Cemmitlee of the Whole game approval in principal to a request from C. _-M, Laursen Const racting Ltd, ta construct condominium units on Davis providing that a land use contract agreement is arrived at between the contractor and -the city..
