V3C LJ7. 4. That the "Morgan Avenue (1700 Block) Road Closure Bylaw, 1992, No. 2641", be reconsidered finally passed and adopted. BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS s Bylaw No. 2641 was given final reading on February 10, 1992. When the City attempted to register the Bylaw and Explanatory Plan at the Land Title Office it was rejected as they advised that a Reference Plan rather than an Explanatory Plan as provided by the Surveyor. Consequently, the Reference Plan now has a date of April 6th, 1992 rather than November lst, 1991. Also, since this time, Mr. Pekrul has passed away and the interest in the jands have been transferred to Mrs. Pekrul's name solely. The change in the resolution will minimize any problem in filing these documents at the Land Title Office. Susan Rath City Clerk
