Warning signs for the edge of shoulder across from Essex Avenue where a vehicle went into the ditch was also considered. The Committee feels that it would be premature to attempt to provide solutions to traffic problems such as cutting through streets or parking on residential streets Since there is no way of predicting exactly what will happen.
