6. Completion and payment of the balance of the purchase price
shall be extended until 15 days following the adoption of a
zoning amendment bylaw. for the Property. If the Property is not
rezoned before February 28th, 1987, the Agreement of Purchase and
Sale constituted by the acceptance of this Tender shall be
terminated and all monies paid shall be refunded.

Our client wishes to advise you that pursuant to an Assignment
Agreement executed by Mr. Mario Pavlakovic (a copy of which is
enclosed herein for your information) our client will have
conveyed to it Lot 349, Plan 30872 and the benefit of an
Agreement of Purchase and Sale for all of that portion of Lot
(179, District Lot 232, Plan 25711 more or less shown outlined on
the plan attached..to the Agreement. of Purchase and Sale (a-copy.
of which is enclosed herein for your information). Therefore,
our client is in the best position to develop the Property and
the above two lots as one project. We would ask that you please
take this into consideration when assessing the Tenders presented
to the City of Port Coquitlam four the Property.
