DISCUSSION: The proposed development complies will all provisions of the Zoning Bylaw. The design is of a good quality that is consistent with other buildings proposed for Phase IJ of Meridian Industrial Park and with buildings that already exist in Phase I. The site ia located within Development Permit Area I, which was established to minimize the visual impact of industrial development on traffic passing through the industrial areas, and on the surrounding residential areas.
