Dear Sir:

The purpose of this letter is just a short note to advise you
that we are in complete agreement with your proposal to allow
flashing signs on commercial property on Shaughnessy Street
and the Lougheed Highway.

I personally feel that flashing signs, providing they are
tastefully done, are an advantage over the non-flashing signs

and I wish to commend you on your proposal to allow them. I
only hope that the other Municipalities and the City of Vancouver
eventually see the "light" as well.
