Amendmert Bylaw, 1989, No. 2421" be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.

DEVELOPMENT VARIANCE PERMIT:

From the City Clerk, April 18th, 1989 regarding Development Variance
Permit No. 19/89 for 1136 Settlers Court.

No one was present to speak regarding the proposed Development Variance
Permit.

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of April 13th, 1989 that a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
issued to Lot 30, Plan 79870 that Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 Section 802, RS-2
Small Lot Residential, Section (5) Rear Yard Setback be relaxed by 1.5 metres
from 7.5 metres to 6 metres for a window bay.
