To enaure a regular running of the Trade Fair, the Committee felt that it
was appropriate that the three comnunities involved, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam
and Port Moody, provide Support every year to the Chamber of Commerce leaving
the responeibility of the organization to the Chamber, aa the body
representing the entrepreneurs for the three municipalities.

The Committee therefore recommends that the request from the Chamber of
Commerce of support for the organization of Trade Fairs on a yearly basia be
supported.
